Data we process: the e-mail and name you type when requesting a trial, a pack or recovering codes, the codes assigned to you and the date. When a code is activated, OSA Lab may send its number and the program version (no personal or measurement data). Server logs keep the IP address for at most 24 hours to prevent abuse.

Purpose: sending you the codes, letting you recover them, informing you of the outcome of your requests and keeping track of issued and revoked codes. We do not send advertising or share the data with third parties.

Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form and the performance of the service you request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

Retention: while the code is active and, afterwards, as long as needed to handle possible liabilities. You can request erasure at any time.

Where: on a server owned by OSA Electronics. E-mail is sent from our own mail server.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to info@osaelectronics.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.

The OSA Lab program works offline. It only connects to this server to check for updates, download the list of revoked codes, register an activation and, if you ask, request trials or recover codes. Your measurements and files never leave your computer.
